Efficient & professional. And, they know how NOT to ruin a piano. I have moved my piano several times using regular moving companies and it was always a nightmare with 5 guys brute forcing their way up/down stairs. The guy from Alden’s showed up with the right equipment & the piano was gone in 10 minutes- no yelling or cursing involved. You get what you pay for!

The movers did an excellent job delivering our piano. They were very careful with the piano and accommodating with placement and our request to move existing table to basement. They were very professional and friendly as well. We would definitely use them again.

The moving crew was a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, professional, and conscientious. They moved a very expensive piano for my relative without a scratch after the move. As far as pricing goes, Alden was the best price out of 3 piano mover quotes. There are plenty of moving companies out there. However only 2 or 3 specialize in pianos. Alden has been moving pianos for many decades, which is important in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought a used upright piano [Steinway]. Ron Alden showed us all the pianos they had and helped us pick the right one for my 2 daughters who just started playing piano. Nate Alden transported it to our house. It was done smoothly with no hassle to us. Price was fair. One of the keys was not working after it reached home and they took responsibility to come and fix it. These are people with utmost integrity!! You can definitely use their service.

They were wonderful! I had an upright piano to move. Nate was quick to respond to my inquiry, gave me a quick affordable quote over the phone, set up the move quickly and his movers were on time, quick (move was complete within I would say 45 minutes!), gentle with my old piano, kind, and made it easy to do business with them (venmo). Would highly recommend.

I have used Alden Piano to move our Steinway Concert Grand and other pianos up some very difficult stairways and so I have gotten to know the movers after eight or so moves (we have moved and lent out our pianos to music schools). Alden Piano has proved to be both reliable and professional and take great pride in their work. My wife is a professional musician so we asked around and found Alden has a great reputation.

Setting up the appointment with Nate was incredibly easy. The three movers picked up at my mother-in-law's house within the two hour morning time frame. The movers dropped off the piano just slightly outside the afternoon time frame, but called within it (no big deal to me). The movers were kind and patient considering I wasn't sure where the piano would go based on size. Once we figured it out, they were swift and careful. Would highly recommend! They also take different forms of payment if you like that option (Venmo, cash, CC, etc.).

Alden's piano did an excellent job for us. Three men came to move our 6' grand piano into a 1921 home, not designed for moving in large items! They immediately came up with a strategy, and it worked. In addition, they were well-spoken, kind, and professional. They worked so well together as a team, each seeming to know what to expect from the others and how best to move forward. They even took time to help me choose a good spot for placement and positioning. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. They arrived on time and had our baby grand out of one apartment and into our new home (15 minutes away) within an hour. They were very knowledgeable about the piano itself and treated it with the utmost care. They were incredibly nice people too and even shared in our excitement of having this piano in our home (it’s the first grand piano in our possession as veteran musicians). Not only would I highly recommend this crew to anyone who has need, I would also invite them over for dinner anytime. Awesome experience!

I would highly recommend Alden's Piano if you ever need a piano moved. The process was seamless and they were very professional. To quote a phrase we all are familiar with "this was not their first rodeo." Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I very highly recommend Alden’s piano moving company. They moved our full-up right piano down three flights of stairs quickly and without a bit of damage to the piano or stairwell. We will definitely use them again for our next piano move!

I was recommended Alden Piano Co. by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the piano move they did for us. We were just moving from our neighbors house to ours but it was quick, efficient, and professional. The process of getting a quote, setting a date, and providing payment was very easy. We also loved that they called us an hour beforehand to let us know they were on their way in the two hour appointment window. Thank you for making the process so smooth. Their tuner didn’t service Naperville as well so they recommended one for us which is super helpful! 100% will recommend to friends and family.

I was acquiring a used piano and needed a professional piano mover. I contacted Alden’s to inquire and the owner responded quickly and gave me a reasonable price and availability. We had a piano that unfortunately needed disposal as it was beyond repair. In our case we only had to worry about protecting our house and not the piano itself, but did not want to trust a regular "junk removal" company since the piano was up a staircase that has a turn. The crew from Alden's showed up promptly, with plenty of muscle, moving blankets and a dolly well-engineered for moving pianos. They were efficient but did not rush and we expect to use them again in the near future to move in a new piano.

Punctuality and professionalism is how we would describe Alden’s Piano Company. The team picked up the piano at my in-law’s, it belonged to my wife’s grandmother then to her dad and now it’s with us. “A beast” as the team described it when delivering it. We knew it was a “beast” but the way they handled it, it didn’t even seem like it. They were even kind enough to move the piano a few times until it was centered! We will definitely use Alden’s again.

Alden's Piano delivered our new grand piano to our home a couple of states away. They were timely, efficient, professional, and friendly. They delivered and set up our new piano quickly and safely without any damage to the piano or to anything else in our home. They get extra bonus points for interacting very well with our dogs, including one who has had very limited interaction with people given the pandemic, giving us the chance to expose her to new people instead of locking her up in a kennel which would have been completely understandable! We were very happy and very impressed with the service

Fantastic experience with Alden Piano Movers. They arrived on time and quickly got to work disassembling and loading the piano within minutes. The unloading and assembly were finished just as quickly. Deontae, Rae and Wes were professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Alden’s for any piano moving, storage or tuning.

Alden Piano Moving is a wonderful business. The movers called first to alert us of when they would be arriving. The movers were just wonderful and they disassembled and removed the piano in about 15 minutes. If I ever have to move a Piano again I would call Alden's Piano first. Keep up the great work!

I used Alden's to move an upright piano 5 years ago, then again recently to move an upright and a baby grand piano. Both experiences were good. The teams each time knew exactly what they were doing to make sure the piano legs were supported properly when transported and the pianos were not harmed during transport either. The people that worked there were helpful and very professional. Also after calling for quotes, Alden's pricing was good. Scheduling was also fast. Overall I was very please with my experiences.

The crew delivered a baby grand piano and removed a baby grand and an upright piano. The crew was on time, completed the move in less than an hour, very careful handling the pianos and very courteous. The move could not have gone any smoother. I recommend them without hesitation.

Wow!Alden's is an incredible company to hire. Professional, On time, and watching them work is like watching a coordinated ballet. They were able to move my piano from their truck up three flights of stairs and into my apartment in 15 minutes flat. They were responsive to emails and their pricing is very competitive.
